TM Racing valve servo-motor reset procedure
TM Racing 125/144/250/300 EN 2020 (TSI)
- Remove the seat from your TM Racing
- Connect the 68192 cable (1) to the pole + (red cable) and pole - (black cable) of the motorcycle battery or an external 12V battery
- Set the motorcycle in MAP 1 (2)
- Turn the gas handle to 100% (3) and keep it in this position
- Connect the cable 68192 (4) to the motorcycle diagnostic socket (left side of the machine)
- Within two seconds after connecting the cable (4), press the kill switch (6) and keep it pressed for at least 5 seconds.
- The servo motor then searches for its stops at 0% and 100%, when everything is memorized (about 5 seconds) the valves are at 100% of the opening
- Disconnect the cable (1) and return to neutral.
In order to check if the engaged speed sensor works, and that the valves open correctly you can use the following method:
- Remove the control plug (see step 7 on TM Racing 250/300 EN 2019)
- Connect the 68192 cable as before
- Turn the gas handle to the desired percentage (3) and keep it in this position
- Check the condition of the valves by the plug with the attached table
- Disconnect the cable

TM Racing 125/144 2016-2019 & 250/300 2015-2018
TM Racing are equipped with a wiring allowing to reset without disassembly. Using the reset cable reference 68192, remove the plug (1), connect the end of the cable provided for this purpose in the connector (2) which is located under the seat on the left side of the motorcycle.
The cable then connects at its other end to a 12V battery. Once plugged in, within 10sec you should hear the servo motor searching for its stops. Then you can unplug.
The procedure is finished.
TM Racing 125/144 2015
The TM Racing 2015 is not equipped with a connector making it possible to reset the valves without a minimum of disassembly. Using the reset cable reference 68193, disconnect the capacitor located between the two radiators, and connect the cable in place of the capacitor.
The cable then connects at its other end to a 12V battery. Once plugged in, within 10sec you should hear the servo motor searching for its stops. Then you can unplug.
The procedure is finished
TM Racing 125/144 2012/2014
On these models, no reset is necessary. Each time the motorcycle is started, it performs an automatic reset procedure.
