General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) — RAW Motorsports

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTCS”) govern sales made on the website www.rawmotorsports.net (hereinafter “the Website”), operated by RAW Motorsports, a SAS company with a share capital of €18,000, registered with the RCS of LISIEUX under number 793 849 167, with its registered office at La Croix Maillard, 14590 MOYAUX, France.

They specify in particular the conditions of ordering, payment, delivery, withdrawal, and the management of returns of Products offered on the Website.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are those displayed on the Website on the day of consultation, subject to stock availability.

Each product is accompanied by a description and its main characteristics. Photographs are not contractual and do not engage the responsibility of RAW Motorsports.

3. Prices

Prices displayed on the Website are expressed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC) and excluding delivery costs.

RAW Motorsports reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.

Delivery fees are specified prior to final order confirmation.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the Website constitutes full acceptance of these GTCS without reservation.

The ordering process includes the following steps:

  1. Selection of products and addition to the cart.

  2. Validation of the cart and selection of delivery method.

  3. Identification via account creation or login to an existing account.

  4. Selection of payment method and acceptance of the GTCS.

  5. Final confirmation of the order.

The order becomes firm and final upon receipt of full payment. RAW Motorsports reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an ongoing dispute.

5. Payment

Orders may be paid by:

  • Credit card (secure payment via LCL Sherlocks 3D Secure)

  • Credit card via PayPal (only for foreign currencies)

  • Bank transfer (only after prior contact by email)

The order will only be validated after effective confirmation of payment.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer during the order process.

Delivery times are specified on the Website and may vary depending on product availability and the selected carrier.

In the event of delay or force majeure beyond RAW Motorsports’ control (carrier, supplier, strike, etc.), the company cannot be held liable.

Delivery fees and methods are detailed at the time of order.

For international orders, when a customer places multiple orders and consolidation is possible, RAW Motorsports reserves the right to combine shipments for optimization purposes.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide justification.

The customer must notify RAW Motorsports of their decision in writing (letter, email) and return the products at their own expense, in their original condition, complete and unused.

Orders are automatically refunded in the form of a store credit valid for 2 years. If the customer requests a monetary refund, restocking and banking fees of 10%, up to a maximum of €40, will be charged.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized or made-to-measure products

  • Sealed products (electronic parts, software, etc.) unsealed by the customer for hygiene or safety reasons

  • Perishable products, such as adhesive kits.

In the event of a valid withdrawal, RAW Motorsports will process the refund within 14 days maximum.

8. Returns and Refunds

Any return request must be validated beforehand by RAW Motorsports.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is attributable to RAW Motorsports.

9. Legal Warranties

Products benefit from:

  • The legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code)

  • The warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code)

In case of a non-conforming or defective product, the customer must contact RAW Motorsports’ customer service to obtain an exchange or refund.

10. Liability

RAW Motorsports cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the Website or the products, nor in the event of non-performance due to force majeure (strike, bad weather, transport blockage, etc.).

11. Personal Data

RAW Motorsports collects and processes customers’ personal data in compliance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act.

Data is used for order management, invoicing, customer relations, and, with consent, the sending of commercial offers.

Customers have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, and object to the processing of their data by writing to [email protected].
